Apartment 4

Apartment 4 has two bedrooms, the larger of which has a double and single bed while the second bedroom has twin beds and works well as a children's bedroom. (Maximum occupancy is 5 people.)

The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, toaster oven, 2 stove burners, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker and dishes/utensils. The ocean view balcony, sharing a beautiful view with neighbouring Apt. 5, has a table and chairs to enjoy breakfast in the sunrise or take in a good book any time of day. The three piece bath has a shower stall, toilet and sink. The rate is $100 plus tax for 2, $10 per additional person over 12. Our off-season rate is $90 plus tax based on double occupancy. All rates subject to change.

Apartment 5

Apartment 5 is a one bedroom unit with a double bed and double futon couch. It is ideal for 2, as the kitchenette and washroom are very small, however up to 4 can fit in a pinch.

The kitchenette is equipped with a bar fridge, toaster oven with two stove burners, electric kettle, coffee maker and dishes/utensils. The ocean view balcony at the top of the entry stairs has a table and chairs to enjoy the spectacular view of the beach, the mountains beyond it and to perhaps glimpse such visitors as a pair of bald eagles or a Minke whale swimming through North Bay Ingonish. The bath has a shower stall and toilet and shares the sink with the kitchenette. The rate is $85 plus tax for 2, $10 per additional person over 12. Our off-season rate is $80 plus tax based on double occupancy.
